摘 要:林木工厂化育苗实现了林业育苗的无土化、无菌化、轻型化和机械化,提高了苗木质量和育苗效率。在苗木生产过程中,人工起苗劳动强度大、效率低、成本高、质量差、苗木成活率低。为此,研制了硬质塑料容器轻型基质容器苗起苗架。本文分别对硬质塑料容器轻型基质容器苗起苗架的设计原理、结构组成、使用方法等进行了介绍,以期为今后使用该产品及设计同类产品提供借鉴。The industrialized forest seedling cultivation has realized the soilless,aseptic,light and mechanized forestry seedling cultivation,and improved seedling quality and seedling cultivation efficiency.During seedling production,artificial lifting seedling has characteristics of high labor intensity,low efficiency,high cost,poor quality and low survival rate of seedlings.In order to solve the problems,a rigid plastic container lifting seedling rack used for light medium container seedlings was developed.This paper introduced its design principle,structure composition,using method and so on,so as to provide references for the use of this product and the design of similar products in the future.
