摘　　要：目的了解武汉市中学生心理亚健康状态检出情况,及与传统欺凌和网络欺凌的关系,为防治中学生心理亚健康提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法,于2019年在武汉市抽取1674名中学生,采用青少年亚健康多维评定问卷和自制欺凌问卷进行调查。结果武汉市中学生心理亚健康状态检出率为18.02%。女生、高年级、父母教育管理方式比较强制或漠不关心、父母关系紧张或分居离异或其他、成绩较差、不与父母同住的中学生较易检出心理亚健康。中学生传统欺凌检出率为27.81%,网络欺凌检出率为18.64%。卷入传统欺凌和网络欺凌均是心理亚健康的重要危险因素。结论武汉市中学生心理亚健康检出率较高,且参与传统欺凌和网络欺凌均能增加中学生心理亚健康的检出风险。Objective To investigate the incidence of psychological sub-health,and to explore the relationship between psychological sub-health,traditional bullying and cyber-bullying among middle-school students in Wuhan,then to provide evidence for prevention and treatment of their psychological sub-health.Methods 1674 middle school students were selected by multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling method,and the students were surveyed by the multidimensional Psychological Sub-health Questionnaire Of Adolescents and a self-designed bullying questionnaire.Results The detection rate of psychological sub-health was 18.02%.Female,senior students,forced or indifference parental educational management style,parental quarreling/separation/divorce/others,poor performance,and living without parents were risk factors for mental sub-health.The detection rates of traditional bullying and cyber-bullying were 27.81% and 18.64%,respectively.Both traditional bullying and cyber-bullying were important risk factors for psychological sub-health.Conclusion The detection rate of psychological sub-health of middle school students in Wuhan is high,both traditional bullying and cyberbullying could increase the risk of psychological sub-health in middle school students.
