摘　　要：“三全育人”教育理念为深化教育教学改革提供了新的思路。劳动教育作为素质教育的重要一环,如何将劳育纳入人才培养的全过程对我国教育事业的健康发展具有积极作用。本文以“三全育人”为背景,研究高职院校劳育模式并提出相应对策。The educational idea of“three complete educations”provides a new idea for deepening the reform of education and teaching.Labor education as an important part of quality education,how to bring labor education into the whole process of personnel training has a positive effect on the healthy development of China’s education.Based on the background of“three complete education”,this paper studies the mode of labor education in higher vocational colleges and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
