基于OBE理念的民办高校外语师资培训体系的构建研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着我国经济水平的不断提升,高等教育事业迎来了新的发展,越来越多民间资本的涌入,推动了民办高校的发展,为人才培养提供了更多的机会。而在民办高校的发展中,受到各方面因素的影响,在师资力量方面存在一定的不足,在很大程度上阻碍了教学工作的开展,对学生的成长也产生了不利影响。因此,在当前民办高校外语师资培训体系的构建中,应该以成果导向理念为指导,从当前的社会需求出发,对教师队伍的专业技能进行优化,更好地适应现阶段的发展要求,为学生提供优质的教学服务。In recent years,with the continuous improvement of our country’s economic level,higher education has ushered in new developments.The influx of more and more private capital has promoted the development of private colleges and universities and provided more opportunities for talent training.However,in the development of private colleges and universities,affected by various factors,there are certain deficiencies in the strength of teachers,which to a large extent hinders the development of teaching work,and also has an adverse effect on the growth of students.Therefore,in the construction of the current foreign language teacher training system in private universities,it should be guided by the result-oriented concept,starting from the current social needs,and optimizing the professional skills of the teaching team,better adapting to the current,and providing students with high-quality teaching services.
