民办高职院校内部质量体系的构建--以广州南洋理工职业学院为例

摘　　要：党的十九大报告明确提出新时代背景下要加强对职业教育的重视,积极探索完善职业教育体系的构建,促进高校实现内涵式发展的目标,为高职技术人才的培养提供良好的支持,共同助力社会主义现代化建设。在此情况下,高职院校为了寻求高效化发展,应该将内部质量体系的构建作为前提,通过构建完善的内部质量保证体系,促进人才培养水平稳步提升。本文以广州南洋理工职业学院为例,对民办高校内部质量体系的构建进行了细化的分析,力求能为学校人才培养工作的开展提供有价值的参考。The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that under the background of the new era,it is necessary to strengthen the emphasis on vocational education,actively explore and improve the construction of vocational education system,promote the goal of connotative development of colleges and universities,and provide good training for higher vocational technical talents,supporting and jointly contributing to socialist modernization.In this situation,in order to seek efficient development,higher vocational colleges should take the construction of an internal quality system as a prerequisite,and promote the steady improvement of talent training through the construction of a complete internal quality assurance system.Taking Guangzhou Nanyang Polytechnic Vocational College as an example,this paper analyzes the construction of the internal quality system of private colleges and universities in detail,and strives to provide a valuable reference for the development of school talent training.
