摘　　要：积极探索职业生涯规划能力、创新创业能力的提升路径,能够为大学生的创新创业提供助力。文章以青岛理工大学某教学改革研究项目为研究案例,通过调研学生对专业的了解程度、学生的职业生涯规划情况,分析大学生的职业生涯规划能力、创新创业能力,并提出优化育人环境、促进家庭参与教育、加强学校教育、增强学生创业积极性等大学生职业生涯规划与创新创业能力提升路径。Actively seeking the path to improve the ability of career planning and innovation and entrepreneurship,can provide help for the employment and entrepreneurship development of college students.Based on this,this paper uses a research project of teaching reform of Qingdao University of Technology as a research case.By investigating the students’degree of professional understanding and career planning,it analyzes the status quo of university students’ability of career planning and innovation and entrepreneurship,and proposes the path to improve the ability in terms of optimizing the education environment,encouraging the participation of families in education,strengthening school education,and improving personal enthusiasm.
