摘 要:根据红薯移栽机栽植的农艺要求,利用连杆-凸轮组合机构的运动规律,模拟出夹持手指的运动轨迹,进而设计圆柱凸轮机构的轮廓曲线。对正弦加速度运动规律和五次多项式运动规律的圆柱凸轮机构在Creo软件中建立三维模型,并进行运动学仿真,应用Adams软件对仿真结果进行分析。分析表明采用正弦加速度运动规律的凸轮滚子质心处加速度的最大值相较于五次多项式运动规律的减小6.58 m/s^(2),最大接触力减小32.778 N,设备振动与冲击也相对减小,为实现红薯移栽的机械化提供理论基础。In this paper,according to the agronomic requirements of sweet potato transplanter,using the motion law of connecting rod cam combination mechanism,the movement track of clamping finger is simulated,and then the contour curve of cylindrical cam mechanism is designed.The three-dimensional model of cylindrical cam mechanism with sinusoidal acceleration motion law and quintic polynomial motion law is established in Creo software,and kinematics simulation is carried out.The simulation results are analyzed by ADAMS software.The analysis shows that the maximum acceleration at the center of mass of cam roller is reduced by 0.352 meters per square second,the maximum contact force is reduced by 32.7783N,and the vibration and impact of the equipment are also relatively reduced,which provides a theoretical basis for the mechanization of sweet potato transplanting.
