摘  要:为研究水飞蓟素对鸡脂肪肝出血综合征(FLHS)的预防效果,选用50只体重接近的1周龄北京油鸡,采用肉雏鸡基础日粮饲喂7 d后随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复2只鸡。FLHS模型组(A组),饲喂高脂日粮,肌肉注射2.5 mL/kg雌激素,每周3次;水飞蓟素分为3个剂量组,B1组(50 mg/kg)、B2组(100 mg/kg)、B3组(200 mg/kg)饲喂高脂日粮,肌肉注射2.5 mL/kg雌激素,每周3次,水飞蓟素拌料给药;对照组(O组)饲喂肉雏鸡基础日粮。结果显示,B1、B2和B3组FLHS发生率显著低于A组(P<0.05),且随水飞蓟素剂量增加而降低。研究表明,水飞蓟素对鸡脂肪肝出血综合征有明显的预防效果。In order to study the preventive effect of silymarin on fatty liver hemorrhage syndrome(FLHS)in chickens,50 healthy 1-week-old Beijing oil chickens with similar body weight were randomly divided into five groups with five replicates in each group and two chickens in each replicate after being fed with basal diet for 7 d.FLHS model group(group A),high fat diet and intramuscular injection of estrogen at a dose of 2.5 mL/kg,three times a week.Silymarin was divided into three groups,group B1(50 mg/kg),group B2(100 mg/kg)and group B3(200 mg/kg).Each group was fed a high-fat diet with intramuscular injection of estrogen at a dose of 2.5 mL/kg,three times a week.Silymarin was mixed with silymarin.The blank control group(group O)was fed with basal diet of broiler chicks.The results showed that the incidence of FLHS in group B1,B2 and B3 was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05)and decreased with the increase of silymarin dose.The study indicates that silymarin has obvious preventive effect on fatty liver hemorrhage syndrome in chickens.
