辣蓼黄酮提取物对南美白对虾血淋巴细胞内免疫相关酶活性的影响

摘　　要：研究旨在观察辣蓼黄酮提取物对南美白对虾血淋巴细胞免疫相关酶活性的影响。试验设不同浓度辣蓼黄酮提取物组(1600、800、400、200、100、50、25、12.5μg/mL)、黄芪多糖对照组(1600、800、400、200、100、50、25、12.5μg/mL)和0.5%DMSO对照组,采用CCK8法测定细胞活性;试剂盒检测细胞内酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酚氧化酶(PO)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等酶活性。结果显示,浓度为12.5~100.0μg/mL的辣蓼黄酮提取物能提高体外培养的南美白对虾血淋巴细胞的细胞活性,并能够不同程度地增强南美白对虾血淋巴细胞内的ACP、AKP、PO和SOD等免疫相关酶活性。结果表明,辣蓼黄酮提取物能通过提高南美白对虾血淋巴细胞内免疫相关酶活性而增强其免疫功能。The study was to observe the effects of Polygonum hydropiper L.flavonoids extract on the activities of immune-related enzymes in blood lymphocytes of Penaeus vannaeus.In the experiment,different concentrations of flavonoid extract of Polygonum hydropiper L.(FPH)groups(1600,800,400,200,100,50,25,12.5μg/mL),Astragalus polysaccharide(APS)control group(1600,800,400,200,100,50,25,12.5μg/mL)and 0.5% DMSO control group were set.Cell activities were determined by CCK8 assay.The enzyme activities of ACP,AKP,PO and SOD in the cells were detected by the kit.The results showed that FPH in the concentration of 12.5~100.0μg/mL could increase the cell activity of blood lymphocytes of Penaeus vannamei in vitro,and increase activities of the immune-related enzymes of ACP,AKP,PO and SOD in the blood lymphocytes of Penaeus vannamei.The results showed that FPH enhance the immune function of Penaeus vannamei by increasing the activities of immune-related enzymes in blood lymphocytes,and it is a potential immunopotentiator of Penaeus vannamei.
