摘  要:种子大小和重量是荞麦产量构成的关键因素。该研究基于水稻粒重基因GW8,对苦荞粒重基因进行了生物信息学分析,结果表明,苦荞粒重FtGW8基因CDS序列长768bp,编码的蛋白质包含255个氨基酸,分子量为27.97kD,等电点为9.5,属于亲水性蛋白,具有跨膜结构,与水稻GW8蛋白相似。预测FtGW8蛋白定位于细胞核内,其二级结构主要由α螺旋和无规则卷曲组成,预测的三级结构与二级结构基本一致。蛋白功能分析发现,FtGW8和水稻GW8蛋白均具有SBP功能域,表明其可能具有控制粒重的功能。该研究为苦荞粒重基因的克隆奠定了基础。Seed size and weight are the important factors for grain yield in Tartary buckwheat.In this study,bioinfor⁃matics analysis of the grain weight gene in Tartary buckwheat were conducted based on gene GW8 for grain weight in rice.The results showed that GW8 protein structure showed high similarity between Tartary buckwheat and rice.The CDS length of FtGW8 is 768 bp,encoding 255 amino acids.The molecular weight of the FtGW8 protein is 27.97 kDa,and the theoretical pI is 9.5.FtGW8 belongs to hydrophilic protein,and does not have transmembrane domain.Main composition of the secondary structure of FtGW8 wereα-helix and random coil.It was predicted that FtGW8 mainly located in the nucleus.The result of prediction showed three-dimensional structure of FtGW8 was similar with the secondary structure.The analysis of protein function showed that both FtGW8 and rice GW8 had a SBP functional domain.The results suggested that FtGW8 might control grain weight in Tartary buckwheat.This study will lay the foundation for the further cloning of seed weight genes in Tartary buckwheat.
