摘 要:食品安全长期以来都是社会大众所关注的共性问题,完善的农产品质量追溯体系是食品安全的重要保障,因此要采取有效的措施来推进农产品质量追溯体系的建设和发展。该文分析了扬州市农产品质量追溯体系建设的现状和制约因素,并针对性地提出了完善相关法律法规、加强宣传工作、加大经费扶持、强化准出与准入衔接等对策建议,以期为促进农产品质量追溯发展,提升农产品质量安全提供参考。Food safety has long been a common problem concerned by the public.A perfect agricultural product qual⁃ity traceability system is an important guarantee for food safety.Therefore,effective measures should be taken to pro⁃mote the construction and development of the agricultural product quality traceability system.In this paper,the cur⁃rent situation and restrictive factors in the construction of agricultural product quality traceability system in Yang⁃zhou were carefully summarized and analyzed,and some suggestions,such as perfecting relative regulations and laws,enhancing publicity work,increasing funding support,strengthening the connection between origin allow out and market access and so on were proposed specifically.These provided a reference for promoting the development of agricultural product quality traceability and improving the overall quality safety level of agricultural products.
