摘　　要：目的:通过真实世界调查研究公众对于药品价格和国产仿制药的看法,及对用药选择的可能影响,探讨分析相关认知因素,以推动仿制药政策的落地实施。方法:参考相关文献,设计调查问卷,在问卷星应用程序上发布,对数据进行统计学处理。结果:共收集294份有效问卷。问卷有效率为100%。在全部问卷中,89人为非医药行业人员,205人为从事医药或相关行业人员。50.34%的问卷担忧仿制药政策下药品价格过低,药品质量可能得不到保障。多数公众支持国产仿制药,但是在遭遇重大疾病时仍倾向选择原研药。结论:为了消除公众对仿制药质量和疗效的不当认知,加深公众对国产仿制药政策的了解,针对原研药-仿制药一致性评价的合理用药科普教育非常必要。Objective:To study the public’s views on drug prices and domestic generic drugs and their possible influence on drug selection by a real world survey and to discuss relevant recognition factors so as to promote the implementation of generic drug policy.Methods:The questionnaire was designed referring to the relevant literature and released on-line with the Questionnaire Star(WJX)app.All data were statistically processed with SPSS.Results:A total of 294 valid questionnaires were collected and the effective rate of the questionnaire was 100%.In all the questionnaires respondents,89 were medicalpharmaceutical laymen,205 were in the medical-pharmaceutical profession.Among all respondents,more than half of the respondents(50.34%)worried that the drug prices were too low to guarantee the quality of drugs after the implementation of the generic drug policy.The majority of the public supported domestic generic drugs,but preferred to choose the original drugs when encountering major diseases.Conclusion:It is necessary to carry out scientific education on rational drug use of domestic generic drugs in order to eliminate the public’s misunderstanding of the quality and efficacy of generic drugs and deepen the public’s recognition of the domestic generic drug policy.
