摘　　要：为适应市场大规模定制化的产品需求,在智能制造、并行工程等先进制造模式的基础上,对铝产品制造企业移动资源配置与选址这一新型制造模式进行探究,分析了铝制品加工企业移动制造模式下的资源构成,给出了该模式的具体内容以及运行机制,为未来制造业服务化的发展提供新的思路。In order to meet the demand of large-scale customized products in the market,based on advanced manufacturing modes such as intelligent manufacturing and concurrent engineering,this paper explores the new manufacturing mode of mobile resource allocation and location of aluminum product manufacturing enterprises,analyzes the resource composition under the mobile manufacturing mode of aluminum product processing enterprises,and gives the specific content and operation mechanism of this mode,It provides new ideas for the development of service-oriented manufacturing industry in the future.
