西湖风景区茶园生态系统服务价值研究

摘　　要：西湖风景区茶园草木葱茏,风光旖旎,具有多种重要的生态系统服务功能。文章基于生态经济学原理,结合卫星遥感数据、现场调查和统计资料,使用替代工程法、影子价格法、市场价值法等生态系统服务价值评价方法,对其生态系统服务的经济价值进行货币化评估测算。结果显示,西湖风景区茶园生态系统服务总价值为每年70402万元,其中供给服务价值为36720万元,文化服务价值为24700万元,调节服务价值为8982万元。所评价的10项服务指标贡献排序为:茶叶生产﹥休闲游憩﹥保持土壤肥力﹥固土﹥涵养水源﹥固碳﹥释氧﹥植物营养积累﹥滞尘﹥吸收污染物。经济数字直观地反映了茶园生态系统创造的综合价值及产业体系中显著的附属性消费价值,一方面可作为研判茶园生态环境的重要指标,另一方面有利于茶园生态系统的维育,为西湖风景区茶园未来的可持续建设与管理提供方向。Tea plantation gardens in the Hangzhou West Lake Scenic Area of Hangzhou provide a wide variety of ecosystem services.Based on the dataset integrating the remote sensing data,field data and statistics data,we evaluated and monetized the economic value of tea plantation ecosystem services were evaluated and monetized using ecological economics methods,which involved including alternative engineering method,shadow price assessment and market value method.The results show that the total ecosystem services value of tea plantation gardens in the West Lake Scenic Area reached 704.02 million RMB per year,of which provisioning services,cultural services and regulating services were 367.20 million RMB per year,247.00 million RMB per year and 89.82 million RMB per year,respe ctively.The descending order of the detail indictors'values of the ecosystem services were tea production,leisure and recreation,fertility maintenance,soil conservation,water conservation,carbon fixation,oxygen release,nutrition accumulation,dust retention and pollutants absorption.The economic assessment reflected the tea plantation gardens direct comprehensive values as well as the indirect consumption value attached with tea plantation gardens life history.This evaluation of ecosystem services can be used as a crucial index to assess the ecological quality of tea plantation gardens.On the other hand,it is conducive to ecological conservation,sustainable construction and management of tea gardens in theWest Lake Scenic Area.
