食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体与肠易激综合征关系的临床价值及可行性分析

摘　　要：目的:探究食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体与肠易激综合征关系的临床价值及可行性。方法:2020年1-11月收治肠易激综合征患者50例,作为观察组;选取同时期接受体检的健康者50例,作为对照组。检测两组食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体的阳性率,结合14种食物不耐受特异性调查,分析肠易激综合征的主要不耐受食物;并对患者开展剔除相应食物治疗方案,评价治疗效果。结果:观察组食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体阳性率较高,阳性程度在+Ⅱ级以上41例,并且部分患者有多种食物不耐受的情况,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后,腹痛腹泻等症状均得到改善,总有效率为96.0%。结论:肠易激综合征患者的食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体与普通健康者之间存在明显差异,可以通过检测患者的食物不耐受特异性IgG抗体阳性情况,分析了解具体的食物不耐受类型,并给予对症剔除治疗,有效改善患者病情。Objective:To explore the clinical value and feasibility of the relationship between food intolerance specific IgG antibody and irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:From January to November 2020,50 cases of patients with irritable bowel syndrome were enrolled as observation group.50 healthy people who received physical examination during the same period were enrolled as the control group.The positive rate of specific IgG antibodies for food intolerance between the two groups was detected,combined with the investigation of 14 kinds of food intolerance specificity,the main food intolerance of irritable bowel syndrome was analyzed.Carried out the treatment plan to eliminate the corresponding food for the patients,and evaluated the treatment effect.Results:The positive rate of food intolerance specific IgG antibody in observation group was higher,there were 41 cases with positive degree above+Ⅱ,and some patients had a variety of food intolerance,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the abdominal pain,diarrhea and other symptoms were improved in the observation group,and the total effective rate was 96.0%.Conclusion:There is a significant difference between the food intolerance specific IgG antibody in patients with irritable bowel syndrome and normal healthy people.By detecting the specific IgG antibody positive situation of food intolerance,analyzing and understanding the specific types of food intolerance,and giving symptomatic elimination treatment,the patient's condition can be effectively improved.
