预见性护理干预应用于小儿静脉留置针穿刺中的效果及对并发症的影响观察

摘　　要：目的:探究预见性护理干预在小儿静脉留置针穿刺操作中的应用价值。方法:选取2020年1-9月采用静脉留置针进行输液治疗的患儿120例,按照护理方案不同分为两组,各60例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予预见性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组1次穿刺成功率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理干预的应用,可显著提高静脉留置针患儿的治疗依从性及穿刺成功率,同时可减少患儿在输液过程中的不良事件,提升护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application value of predictive nursing intervention in the operation of venous indwelling needle puncture in children.Methods:From January to September 2020,120 children who received intravenous infusion with vein indwelling needle were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing programs with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing.The observation group was given predictive nursing care.The nursing effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The success rate of one puncture in observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of predictive nursing intervention can significantly improve the compliance and puncture success rate of children with intravenous indwelling needle,reduce adverse events in the process of infusion,and improve nursing satisfaction.
