摘　　要：目的:探讨超激光疼痛照射联合盐酸文拉法辛缓释片治疗老年躯体疼痛的效果。方法:2019年6月-2020年6月收治老年躯体疼痛患者80例,按不同治疗方式分为两组,各40例。对照组给予盐酸文拉法辛缓释片口服治疗;试验组给予超激光疼痛照射联合盐酸文拉法辛缓释片口服治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗后4周、8周后的疼痛、抑郁及焦虑评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:选择超激光疼痛照射联合盐酸文拉法辛缓释片治疗老年躯体疼痛患者,可有效改善患者抑郁情绪和疼痛症状,加强患者治疗信心。Objective:To explore the effect of ultra-laser pain irradiation combined with venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of senile body pain.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,80 elderly patients with physical pain were selected and treated,they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets orally.The experimental group was treated with ultra-laser pain irradiation combined with venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets orally.The therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The scores of pain,depression and anxiety in the experimental group were lower than the control group at 4 and 8 weeks after treatment,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The choice of ultra-laser pain irradiation combined with venlafaxine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with physical pain can effectively improve the depression and pain symptoms of patients,and strengthen the confidence of patients in treatment.
