亲情化护理在重症护理中的应用效果及满意度分析

摘　　要：目的:分析亲情化护理在重症护理中的应用效果及满意度。方法:2019年1月-2020年3月收治重症患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。对照组采用常规重症护理方案;观察组在常规护理基础上采用亲情化护理方案。比较两组患者依从度、康复度、护理满意度、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果:观察组依从度、康复度及护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将亲情化护理运用在重症监护室患者中的效果较好,可改善患者对治疗的依从性,提高康复度的同时,可提高护理满意度,明显改善患者不良情绪。Objective:To analyze the application effect and satisfaction of kinship nursing in intensive nursing.Methods:From January 2019 to March 2020,80 patients with severe illness were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group.The control group received conventional intensive nursing plan.The observation group adopted kinship nursing scheme on the basis of conventional nursing.Compliance,rehabilitation,nursing satisfaction,SAS and SDS scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The degree of compliance,rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were lower than the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of kinship nursing in ICU patients has a good effect,which can improve patients'compliance to treatment,improve rehabilitation degree,and improve nursing satisfaction,and significantly improve patients'bad mood.
