功能训练对间歇性外斜视调整缝线术后双眼视功能及复发的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究功能训练对间歇性外斜视调整缝线术后双眼视功能及复发的影响。方法:2019年12月-2020年12月收治间歇性外斜视患者64例,随机分为两组,各32例。对照组术后不采取干预措施;研究组术后采取功能训练。比较两组术后双眼视功能、眼位及复发情况。结果:研究组术后1周、1个月、3个月及6个月的双眼视功能均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后1个月、3个月及6个月的眼位均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组6个月复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在间歇性外斜视调整缝线术后对患者采取功能训练,可以有效增强患者的双眼视功能及眼位情况,并有效降低复发率,效果明显。Objective:To study the effect of functional training on binocular visual function and recurrence after adjusting sutures for intermittent exotropia.Methods:From December 2019 to December 2020,64 cases of patients with intermittent exotropia were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 32 cases in each group.The control group did not take intervention measures after operation.The study group received functional training after operation.The binocular visual function,eye position and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:The binocular visual function of the study group at 1 week,1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The eye positions of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate after 6 months of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After adjusting sutures for intermittent exotropia,taking functional training for patients can effectively enhance the binocular vision function and eye position of patients,and it can effectively reduce the recurrence rate of patients with intermittent exotropia,the effect is obvious.
