摘  要:为解决普通血压测量仪不能实时监测人体血压问题,设计一种基于STM32F407的血压动态监测系统。血压测量以柯式音法和示波法为理论依据,将动态曲线实时显示在触摸屏上。采用STM32F407单片机作为微处理器,设计了血压信号采集电路以及数据通信算法。通过高斯曲线进行拟合,采用中值滤波算法,由变幅度系数法得出收缩压与舒张压,将测量的数据通过无线局域网上传到上位机系统界面并实时保存。实验结果表明:该系统运行稳定、可靠、精度高,血压的测量精度误差小于5mmHg,可以应用到医疗领域。In order to solve the problem that ordinary blood pressure measuring instrument cannot monitor human blood pressure in real time,a blood pressure dynamic monitoring system based on STM32F407 was designed.Based on the theory of auscultatory method and oscillogram,the dynamic curve is displayed on the touch screen in real time.Using STM32F407 microcontroller as microprocessor,blood pressure signal acquisition circuit and data communication algorithm are designed.The systolic and diastolic blood pressures are obtained by variable amplitude coefficient method through gaussian curve fitting,and the measured data are transmitted to the upper computer system interface through wireless local area network and stored in real time.The experimental results show that the system is stable,reliable and accurate,the accuracy of blood pressure measurement is less than 5mmHg,and can be widely used in the medical field.
