摘　　要：视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)是临床常见眼底血管疾病,具有发病急,病程长的特点,也是致盲眼病之一。中医学认为本病多因气血运行失常,“瘀”“痰”“水湿”等病理产物阻塞眼底脉络而发病,血瘀、脉络瘀阻为其基本病机。眼局部各结构的生理功能、病理变化与人体五脏六腑之精华、五行生克制化的转化规律皆密切相关。本文通过阐述RVO中医病因病机,五行与五脏、五轮的关系,五行与眼后部轮-脏关系,进而从五行学说理论指导下探讨治疗RVO眼底出血,视网膜及黄斑部渗出、水肿以及后期新生血管生成,为临床治疗本病提供新思路。Retinal vein occlusion(RVO)is a common vascular disease of the fundus,which has the characteristics of rapid onset and long course and is also one of the blinding diseases.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)believes that the disease is mainly due to the abnormal movement of qi and blood,as well as the obstruction of fundus vein by pathological products such as blood stasis,phlegm and water-dampness,while blood and vein stasis are the basic pathogenesis.The physiological functions and pathological changes of the local structures are closely related to the essence of the viscera and engendering,restraining,inhibition and generation of the five phases.In this paper,the etiology and pathogenesis of RVO in TCM,the relationship between five phases,five viscera and five-wheel,five phases and the rear of the eye are described.Then,under the guidance of the five phase theory,the treatment of fundus hemorrhage,retinal and macular exudation,edema and neovascularization in the later stage of RVO are explored,so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of RVO.
