摘　　要：目的观察老年牙周牙髓联合病变患者采取YAG:Nd激光联合药物治疗的效果。方法80例老年牙周牙髓联合病变患者,随机分为联合组与对照组,各40例。联合组患者采取YAG:Nd激光联合药物治疗,对照组患者采取药物治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、牙周探诊深度(PPD)、临床附着水平(CAL)、改良出血指数(MBI)。结果联合组患者的治疗总有效率95.00%高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组患者的PPD(4.68±0.66)mm、CAL(1.06±0.24)mm、MBI(0.88±0.55)均低于对照组的(5.29±1.38)mm、(1.39±0.75)mm、(1.29±0.86),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年牙周牙髓联合病变患者在临床中进行YAG:Nd激光联合药物治疗,可取得较高的临床治疗价值。Objective To observe the effect of YAG:Nd laser combined with drug therapy in the treatment of combined periodontal-endodontic lesions in the elderly.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with combined periodontal-endodontic lesions were randomly divided into combination group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The combination group was treated with YAG:Nd laser and drug therapy,and the control group was treated with drug therapy.The therapeutic effect,periodontal probing depth(PPD),clinical attachment level(CAL),modified bleeding index(MBI)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95.00% of the combination group was higher than 80.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PPD(4.68±0.66)mm,CAL(1.06±0.24)mm and MBI(0.88±0.55)of the combination group were lower than(5.29±1.38)mm,(1.39±0.75)mm and(1.29±0.86)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of YAG:Nd laser and drug therapy can obtain high clinical value in the treatment of elderly patients with combined periodontal-endodontic lesions.
