摘　　要：为提高高校实验室投入产出绩效,运用DEA-Tobit分析了长安大学实验室的投入产出绩效及其影响因素。结果表明,除省部级实验室及个别校级实验室投入产出绩效达到DEA有效外,其余实验室投入产出绩效均为弱DEA有效或DEA无效。实验室以正高职称为代表的高素质人才、大型仪器设备开放共享水平以及实验室资金投入力度等因素对实验室的投入产出绩效有显著影响,提出从资源分配和管理机制两方面提升高校实验室投入产出绩效。In order to improve the input-output performance of university laboratories,DEA-Tobit is used to analyze the input-output performance of Chang’an university laboratory and its influencing factors.The results show that except for provincial and ministerial-level laboratories and individual college-level laboratories,the input-output performance of the other laboratories is weak DEA valid or DEA invalid.Factors such as high-quality talents represented by high-level professional titles,open sharing level of large-scale instruments and equipment,and the degree of laboratory investment have significant effects on the input-output performance of the laboratory.It is proposed that the input-output performance of college laboratories is improved from two aspects of resource allocation and management mechanism.
