摘　　要：为提高高职院校实训室绩效,构建“确立指标—整合数据—挖掘分析”三步走的绩效评价体系及其实施路径。从项目全生命周期角度设计实训室建设和使用不同阶段的绩效评价指标。利用高校资产管理系统等数据,建立针对学校实训室和仪器设备的数据中心,搭建信息化绩效平台。采用数据挖掘技术,通过横向、纵向的评价分析,实现对实训室绩效状态的实时监控和数据可视化呈现,提高实训室管理水平和使用效率。为学校决策提供科学支持。In order to improve the performance of training rooms in higher vocational colleges,a three-step performance evaluation system and its implementation path of“Establishing indicators,integrating data and mining analysis”are constructed.From the whole life cycle of the project design training room construction and use of different stages of performance evaluation index,and by using the data of asset management system in colleges and universities,the data center for the training room and equipment in colleges and universities is established,and the information performance platform is constructed.Data mining technology is used to realize horizontal and vertical evaluation and analysis,and real-time monitoring and data visualization of the performance status of the training room,which has improved the management level and utilization efficiency of training rooms,and provided scientific support for university decision-making.
