摘 要:贫杂难选矿石中有用矿物单体解离是实现其有效分选的先决条件,但解离产生的大量细粒脉石矿物在调浆与浮选过程中会带来复杂的流变问题,致使贫杂难选矿的分选更加困难。因此,针对贫杂难选矿的浮选特性,综述了影响矿浆相流变性质的主要因素、矿浆相流变学测量技术、矿浆相流变性对浮选指标的影响、矿浆黏度控制方法等方面的研究进展。矿浆浓度、矿粒特性和矿粒间相互作用是影响矿浆相流变性质的主要因素;旋转流变仪由于可以在特定的剪切速率下完成矿浆流变性质测量和数据分析而更具优势;高黏度矿浆会恶化目的矿物的回收率和品位,采用稀浆浮选、脱泥浮选、分级浮选或加入调整剂等方式均可有效降低矿浆黏度,提高浮选指标。总结了矿物浮选矿浆相流变学研究存在的局限并提出了未来研究方向,旨在为解决国内外贫杂难选矿的浮选恶化问题提供参考。The fine and ultrafine gangue minerals produced during the liberation of low-grade ores often cause complex flotation pulp rheological problems,which make the mineral separation more difficult.Thus,inthis paper a review was con⁃ducted on the latest research progress of flotation pulp rheology,with an emphasis on the principal factors that affect pulp rheology,pulp rheological measurements,the linkage of pulp rheology to flotation performance,and the methods used to ma⁃nipulate slurry viscosity for flotation efficiency improvement.Literature suggests that slurry concentration,particle characteris⁃tics andinterparticle interaction are the main factors affecting the rheological properties of slurry phase.Rotational rheometer has more advantages because it can achieve rheological properties measurement and data analysis at a specific shear rate.Generally,the use of a low concentration slurry,desliming flotation,pre-classified flotation,as well asthe addition of re⁃agents or ions can reduce pulp viscosity and improve flotation index.The paper also proposed research gaps in pulp rheology investigations,aiming to provide insights into the processing of low-grade ores with complex rheological properties using froth flotation.
