周端应用阴阳互根理论在膏方的经验

摘　　要：周端教授,主任医师,博士生导师,目前担任中华中医药学会膏方分会名誉主任委员。针对膏方调理慢性疾病形成系统的诊疗方案,提倡"冬病夏治"冬令进补"运用膏方进行慢性疾病调治。在临证过程中多用膏方调治多种慢性疾病,提出膏方处方过程中,应以阴阳互根理论为基础。该文根据周端教授治疗常见慢性病的膏方经验方,探讨阴阳互根理论在膏方中的应用。ZHOU Duan,chief physician,doctoral supervisor,is currently honorary chairman of Cream Branch of Chinese Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine.In view of the diagnosis and treatment plan of chronic diseases,winter disease and summer treatment“winter tonic”uses the cream formula to conduct chronic disease adjustment.In the process of certification,the cream prescription should be used to treat a variety of chronic diseases.In the process of proposing the cream prescription prescription,it should be based on the theory of Yin and Yang mutual root.According to the empirical prescription of common chronic diseases,the application of Yin and Yang in paste is discussed.
