八珍益智方改善老年小鼠轻度认知功能障碍初步功效评价研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨八珍益智方对老年小鼠轻度认知功能障碍功效影响。方法:随机将昆明种小鼠分为青年对照组、老年对照组、脑复康组、八珍组(低)、八珍组(中)、八珍组(高),通过运用避暗试验和跳台试验观察老年小鼠认知功能改善情况。结果:老年对照组较青年对照组小鼠学习记忆功能明显减退,差异极其显著;八珍益智方组和脑复康组均能改善老年小鼠的认知功能,与老年对照组相比,有统计学差异;八珍益智方中、高剂量组老年小鼠认知功能改善优于脑复康组。结论:八珍益智方具有显著改善轻度认知功能障碍功效。Objective:To explore the effect of Bazhen Yizhi Prescription on the efficacy of mild cognitive impairment in elderly mice.Methods:Kunming mice were randomly divided into young control group,old control group,Naofukang group,Bazhen group(low),Bazhen group(medium),and Bazhen group(high).Jumping test to observe the improvement of cognitive function in old mice.Results:Compared with the young control group,the learning and memory function of the old control group was significantly reduced,and the difference was extremely significant;both the Bazhen Yizhi Recipe group and the Naofukang group could improve the cognitive function of the old mice.Compared with the old control group,There are statistical differences;the improvement of cognitive function of elderly mice in the middle and high-dose groups of Bazhen Yizhi Formula is better than that of the Naofukang group.Conclusion:Bazhen Yizhi Prescription has the effect of significantly improving mild cognitive dysfunction.
