摘  要:随着经济全球化的发展,集装箱运输行业迎来了黄金发展时期。从集装箱底板生产来看,多采用结构胶合板,但结构用胶合板制备所用材料价格昂贵。通过改性浸渍液浸渍杨木单板,改善杨木的物理力学性能缺陷,使其达到热带硬木单板的性能水平,从而代替进口热带硬木制备轻型集装箱底板。促进杨木产品的综合利用,提高其产品的附加值,同时也降低了轻型集装箱底板的成本。With the development of economic globalization,the container transportation industry has ushered in a golden stage of development.Seem from the perspective of container floor production,structural plywood is mostly used,but the materials used for structural plywood production are expensive.Therefore,it has been proposed to impregnate poplar veneer in modified impregnating liquid to improve the physical and mechanical properties of poplar,and make it reach the performance level of tropical hardwood veneer,thereby replacing lightweight container floor made of imported tropical hardwood,advancing the comprehensive utilization of poplar wood products,increasing the added value of poplar products and reducing the cost of lightweight container floor as well.
