摘 要:应用纳米表面处理技术在春亚纺表面沉积结构色膜层,着重研究膜层厚度对薄膜色牢度的影响。结果表明,结构色工艺在不镀覆打底层时,色牢度表现最差,皂洗和干、湿摩擦后掉色较严重;当打底层膜层耗电量为0.16kW·h时,色牢度最佳,继续增加厚度,色牢度不发生变化;反射层厚度对结构色的色牢度影响不大;随着生色层膜层厚度的增加,结构色的耐摩擦色牢度下降,耐摩擦变色牢度先下降后上升。The structural color film is deposited on the polyester pongee textile by nano-surface treatment technology.The effect of film thickness on color fastness was investigated.The results showed that the structural color film possessed worst color fastness without the priming coat deposition,including serious discoloration after soaping and dry and wet crock-ing.When the power consumption of priming coat film thickness was 0.16 kW·h,the optimized color fastness was obtained.With the further increasing of priming coat film thickness,there was no change of color fastness.The thickness of reflective layer had negligible impact on the structural color fastness.As the increase of chromogenic layer thickness,the color fast-ness to rubbing decreased gradually,while the rubbing fastness increased after an initial decrease.
