摘  要:目的:为了明确隔孢丛壳菌(Glomerella septospora)侵染栀子叶片的侵染过程,为防控栀子煤污病提供理论依据。方法:用菌饼法接种离体的健康栀子叶片,在扫描电镜下观察病原菌的侵染过程及侵染结构。结果:健康的栀子叶片,未发现隔孢丛壳菌丝。在侵染前期,菌丝产生吸器吸附在叶上表皮,并产生团状物质使得菌丝更好的附着及通过上表皮缝隙进入叶片内部;在侵染中期,菌丝穿过叶片内部细胞间隙从叶片背面的气孔伸出;到了侵染后期,叶片正面菌丝更加厚实且在叶片内部呈螺旋状前进最后从背部气孔伸出。结论:煤污病病原菌会侵入叶片内部,为我们肉眼所不见的损伤,不似其它病害那么明显。隔孢丛壳菌丝慢慢覆盖叶片,阻碍其叶片的光合作用,同时少部分的菌丝会突破叶表皮进入叶片内部再从气孔伸出。菌丝在内部侵染时,虽不会对内部细胞产生损伤,但会分泌团状物质,助于菌丝的吸附、前进、侵染,这时可能会影响叶片的生理生化指标。Objective:In order to define the G.septospora infection process of gardenia leaves,to provide a theoretical basis for prevention and control of sooty mold.Methods:In vitro healthy G.jasminoides leaves were inoculated with the fungus cake method,and the pathogen infection process and structure were observed under a scanning electron microscope.Results:In healthy leaves of G.jasminoides,no G.septospora was found.In the early stage of infection,hyphae produced haustors to adsorb on the leaf epidermis,and produced mass substances to make hyphae better adhere to the leaves and enter into the leaves through cracks in the upper epidermis;in the middle stage of infection,hyphae protruded from the stomata at the back of the leaf through the intercellular space inside the leaf;at the later stage of infection,the hyphae on the adaxial surface of the leaves are thicker and spiral forward inside the leaves and finally protrude from the stomata on the back.Conclusion:The pathogens that cause Sooty mold invading the inside of the leaves are invisible to the naked eye,unlike other diseases.The G.septospora slowly cover the leaves,blocking photosynthesis in the leaves,at the same time,a small part of hyphael break through the leaf epidermis into the leaf interior and then protrude from the stomata.In the process of internal infection,although hyphae will not cause damage to internal cells,it will secrete clumpy-like substances to help the adsorption,advancement and infection of hyphae.At this time,physiological and biochemical indexes of leaves may be affected.
