摘  要:近年来,热电效应作为一种可持续的能量转换技术,可以收集废热转化为可用电源来提高设备性能。然而,传统热电器件制造大多使用高温铸造工艺,限制了生产效率以及与柔性基材的相容性,阻碍了热电技术的应用。印刷电子技术具有大批量、低成本、低温固化、柔性化和个性化制备的特点,通过将高性能热电材料转化为功能性油墨,便可以针对特定应用快速有效地制造特征热电器件。本文首先介绍了热电转换原理和可印刷热电材料和器件,其次,从喷墨印刷、丝网印刷、气溶胶喷射印刷和点胶机印刷4个技术角度阐述了印刷电子技术在热电薄膜与器件制造领域中的应用及研究进展,最后对其未来技术发展方向进行了展望。In recent years,the thermoelectric effect,as a sustainable energy conversion technology,can collect waste heat and convert it into usable power to improve equipment performance.However,the preparation of traditional thermoelectric devices mostly uses a high-temperature casting process,which limits production efficiency and compatibility of flexible substrates and hinders the application of thermoelectric technology.Printed electronics technology has the advantages of high-volume,low-cost,low-temperature curing,flexibility and individualized preparation.By converting high-performance thermoelectric materials into functional inks,characteristic thermoelectric devices can be manufactured quickly and effectively for specific applications.In this study,the principle of thermoelectric conversion,printable thermoelectric materials and devices were briefly introduced.Then,the application and research progress of printed electronics technology in the field of thermoelectric film and device manufacturing were reviewed from the four manufacturing processes of inkjet printing,screen printing,aerosol jet printing and dispenser printing.Finally,the future development of the technology was looked forward.
