摘 要:石墨烯量子点(GQDs)具有来源广、量子效率高、毒性低等优点,在防伪印刷、显示器件、生物成像等领域具有广泛的应用价值。本研究以柠檬酸为碳源,采用自下而上的方法制备具有明亮荧光效果的蓝光石墨烯量子点材料,并采用喷墨打印、丝网印刷、手写等方式考察其油墨转移和光致发光特性。通过红外光谱对其表面官能团进行结构表征,利用紫外-可见与荧光光谱考察其荧光强度变化规律。进一步,将GQDs配制得到水性荧光油墨,调配黏度满足不同印刷工艺的要求,以弱荧光纸为承印基材,考察了油墨在纸张上的印刷防伪效果。研究表明,喷墨打印、手写及丝网印刷的方式均可实现油墨的良好转移,在日光及普通室内光源下纸张上的荧光油墨均无明显痕迹,利用365nm紫外光照射时可发出明显的蓝色荧光图案,具有典型的荧光防伪特点。同时,该印刷产品具有优异的光稳定性,利用紫外灯连续照射90min后仍然保持初始荧光强度。Graphene quantum dots(GQDs)have the advantages of broad source,high quantum yield and low toxicity,which will be widely applied in security printing,display device and biological imaging fields.In this paper,the GQDs material with bright blue fluorescence was prepared through the bottom-up method with citric acid as the carbon source.Meanwhile,the characteristics of ink transfer and photoluminescence were investigated by means of inkjet printing,screen printing and handwriting.Besides,the surface functional groups were characterized by FT-IR and the changes of fluorescence intensity were analyzed by UV-Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy.Furthermore,the GQDs were formulated into water-based fluorescent ink and the ink viscosity was matched to meet the printing requirements.The printing anti-counterfeiting effects were investigated with weak fluorescent paper as the substrate.The results showed that the ink transfer may be realized by using inkjet printing,screen printing and handwriting.There are no obvious traces in the printing substrate under sunlight or indoor light source,but the invisible printed pattern appears under the irradiation of 365 nm ultraviolet light.The above results indicated that the GQDs ink has an excellent printing anti-counterfeiting performance.Moreover,the GQDs ink has a good light stability and the initial fluorescence intensity may be maintained after 90 minutes of continuous UV light.
