摘 要:采集广西梧州市六堡茶产区茶园土壤样品和对应茶鲜叶样品进行检测与分析,探讨茶园土壤硒含量及其与茶叶中硒含量的相关性。结果表明,各试验茶园土壤pH平均值为4.0~6.5;土壤全硒平均含量为2.28 mg/kg,远高于富硒茶园的土壤标准;茶园土壤剖面中各土层之间全硒含量在1.85~1.95 mg/kg,土层之间没有显著差异;各茶园茶叶中全硒平均含量为0.66 mg/kg,枝条中全硒平均含量为0.58 mg/kg;茶鲜叶、茶树枝条与土壤全硒含量均呈现极显著正相关。The soil samples and corresponding tea samples of representative tea garden were collected from liubao tea producing area of Wuzhou city to detect,Guangxi.The selenium content in soil and its correlation with selenium content in tea were analyzed.The results showed that the average pH value of tea garden soil was 4.0-6.5;The average content of total selenium in soil was 2.28 mg/kg,which was much higher than the soil standard of selenium-rich tea garden;The content of total selenium in different soil layers ranged from 1.85 and 1.95 mg/kg,and there was no significant difference among soil layers.The average content of total selenium in tea leaves was 0.66 mg/kg,and the average content of total selenium in branches was 0.58 mg/kg.There was a significant positive correlation between the content of total selenium in tea leaves,tea branches and soil.
