摘　　要：利用封闭供应链中32家茶叶企业的问卷调查数据,运用结构方程模型实证分析茶叶企业优质产品有效供给行为的影响因素。分析发现,茶叶企业安全生产意向对优质产品有效供给行为的综合影响最大;封闭供应链管理与政府监管主要是通过安全生产目标、主观规范、控制认知及生产意向等中介变量影响茶叶企业优质产品有效供给行为,封闭供应链管理对茶叶企业优质产品有效供给行为的间接影响效应最大。Using the questionnaire data of 32 tea enterprises in the closed supply chain,the structural equation model was used to empirically analyze the influencing factors of the effective supply behavior of high-quality products of tea enterprises.It is found that the safety production intention of tea enterprises has the greatest comprehensive influence on the effective supply behavior of high-quality products;Closed supply chain management and government supervision mainly affect the effective supply behavior of high-quality products of tea enterprises through mediating variables such as safety production objectives,subjective norms,control cognition and production intention.The closed supply chain management has the greatest indirect influence on the effective supply behavior of high-quality products of tea enterprises.
