基  金:四川省职业教育教学改革重大项目“服务彝藏民族地区,高职‘对标定制,多元协同,融合培养’人才培养模式创新与实践”。

摘  要:按照“德技并修,岗能匹配,双岗胜任”培养目标和“需求导向,校地合作,融合培养”人才培养模式,确定了彝藏民族地区紧缺环保人才培养质量评价的基本原则,构建了“对接标准,多方参与,常态检测”人才培养质量评价模式,建立了以“职业能力评价”为核心的人才培养质量评价体系,按工作岗位领域研发了“水环境监测”、“大气环境监测”和“污水处理”等核心职业技能评价标准。In accordance with the training goal of“combination of morals and skills,matching of post and ability,and double post competence”and the talent training model of“demand-oriented,school-local cooperation,integrated training”,the basic principles of the quality evaluation of the training of environmental protection talents in short supply in yi-zang ethnic areas have been determined,a talent training quality evaluation model of"matching standards,multi-party participation,and normal inspection"is established,a talent training quality evaluation system centered on"professional ability evaluation"is established.According to the job field,the core professional skill evaluation standards such as"water environment monitoring","atmospheric environment monitoring"and"sewage treatment"have been developed.
