摘  要:常规有机发光二极管发光层中载流子浓度的不平衡,导致器件发光亮度、效率等性能不能达到最优.为了改善电子的注入和传输,采用Li_(2)CO_(3)作为电子注入层,并将其掺入4,7-二苯基-1,10菲啰啉(Bphen)电子传输材料中,研究电子注入和传输能力的变化及其对器件发光性能的影响.结果表明:Li_(2)CO_(3)作为有效的电子注入层,使器件的驱动电压降低1.0 V,发光亮度提高3倍,电流效率提高1倍.Li_(2)CO_(3)掺杂Bphen能进一步改善电子传输性能,提高发光层中的电子浓度,进而改善发光亮度和效率.In the conventional organic light-emitting diode,injection and transport ability of holes are superior to electrons,which results in poor luminance and efficiency due to the unbalance of holes and electrons in the luminescent layer.In order to improve the injection and transport of electrons,Li_(2)CO_(3) was introduced as electron injection layer(EIL)and doped in 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline(Bphen)as electron transport layer.The effect of electron injection and transfer ability on the luminescence performance of the device were studied.The experiments results showed that the operational voltage was reduced by 1.0 V,the luminance was increased by about 3 times,and the current efficiency was increased by 1 time via introducing Li_(2)CO_(3) as EIL compared with the device without EIL.Through dopping Li_(2)CO_(3) into Bphen,the electron transport performance could be improved,which increased the electron concentration in the luminescent layer,and thus improved luminance and efficiency.
