广泛焦虑症患者采用坦度螺酮与西酞普兰进行治疗的有效性与安全性分析

摘　　要：目的研究坦度螺酮与西酞普兰治疗广泛焦虑症的临床有效性和安全性。方法方便选取2018年11月—2020年3月期间在该院接受治疗的102例广泛焦虑症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组采用西酞普兰治疗,观察组采用西酞普兰联合坦度螺酮治疗,对比两组治疗效果、不良反应及治疗前后SAS评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.08%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.993,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为5.88%,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.298,P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组治疗1周、3周和6周SAS评分均更低,差异有统计学意义(t=22.066、53.082、47.840,P<0.05)。结论坦度螺酮与西酞普兰治疗广泛焦虑症,可有效改善患者焦虑症状,不良反应少,治疗安全性高。Objective To study the clinical effectiveness and safety of tandospirone and citalopram in the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder.Methods A total of 102 patients with generalized anxiety disorder who were treated in the hospital from November 2018 to March 2020 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to the random number table,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 51 cases in each.The control group was treated with citalopram,and the observation group was treated with citalopram combined with tandospirone.The treatment effects,adverse reactions,and SAS scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.08%,which was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.993,P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate in the observation group was 5.88%,which was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.298,P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower SAS scores after treatment for 1 weeks,3 weeks and 6 weeks,the difference was statistically significant(t=22.066,53.082,47.840,P<0.05).Conclusion Tandospirone and citalopram can effectively improve anxiety symptoms in patients with generalized anxiety disorder,with few adverse reactions and high treatment safety.
