摘　　要：酸化剂具有无毒、无污染、无残留的特性,并且在提高畜禽生长性能、改善畜禽肠道健康等方面效果显著。本文主要总结了酸化剂在改善畜禽生长和肠道健康方面的研究进展,重点从酸化剂的特性、提高畜禽生长性能的作用机制以及在畜禽饲粮中的应用等方面进行论述,并对酸化剂在畜禽应用中可能存在的问题进行梳理和展望,为后续科研者提供理论依据和思路,为养殖企业正确认识和选择酸化剂提供参考。Acidifiers are of great concern due to toxic-free,pollution-free and residue-free characteristics,which are effective in improving the growth performance and intestinal health of the stock breeding.This paper summarizes the latest progress of acidifiers in improving the growth and intestinal health of the stock breeding,focusing on the characteristics of acidifiers,the mechanism of action and the application in livestock.Additionally,it also presents the potential problems of acidifiers in the applications of stock breeding,providing a theoretical basis and perspectives for researchers,serving as a guide for breeding enterprises to correctly understand and select acidifiers.
