葫芦巴营养特性及其在反刍动物饲料中应用的研究进展

摘　　要：葫芦巴是一年生的豆科植物,其含有甾体皂苷类、黄酮类、萜类、生物碱类等生物活性物质和丰富的蛋白质,具有极高的营养价值。葫芦巴不仅饲用价值高,还具有抗菌、抗病毒、抗氧化、抗炎、降糖、降脂和降低反刍动物甲烷排放等生物学功能。葫芦巴干草及其种子等可作为反刍动物的饲料原料或功能性饲料添加剂,尤其在反刍动物环境友好生产中应用前景广阔,将成为一种具有发展潜力的优质牧草。本文综述了葫芦巴的主要营养特性及其生物活性功能,以及在提高反刍动物饲料效率、抑制甲烷排放和促进生产性能方面的应用效果,以期为葫芦巴作为反刍动物的新型清洁饲料资源的推广与合理应用提供参考。Fenugreek is an annual legume with high nutritional value,riching in crude protein,steroidal saponins,flavonoids,terpenoids,alkaloids and other bioactive substances.It not only has high feeding value,but also has biological functions such as antibacterial,antiviral,antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,hypoglycemic,lipid-lowering and methane emission reduction of ruminants.Fenugreek hay and its seeds can be used as raw materials or functional feed additives for ruminants,especially in environmentally friendly production of ruminants,and will become a kind of high-quality forage with development potential.In this paper,the main nutritional characteristics and bioactive functions of fenugreek were reviewed,and the application status of fenugreek in improving feed efficiency,inhibiting methane emission and promoting production performance of ruminants were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the popularization and rational application of fenugreek as a new clean feed resource for ruminants.
