摘  要:通过对时速160 km以下客货共线铁路正线使用的12号道岔辙叉使用情况进行分析,为解决高锰钢固定辙叉可焊性差和合金钢组合辙叉心轨、翼轨病害多等实际问题,研究提出道岔辙叉咽喉区合金钢心轨、翼轨一体化设计方案,翼轨由在线淬火钢轨在辙叉咽喉区与合金钢翼轨镶嵌组成,对其结构和受力进行分析,并进行试铺试验。分析结果表明,新设计延长了辙叉使用寿命,减少了日常养护工作量,确保了运输安全。The paper analyzes the service condition of No.12 turnout frogs on main tracks of mixed passenger and freight railways with speed under 160 km/h In order to solve the problems such as poor weldability of fixed manganese steel frogs,and frequent occurrence of defects at point rails and wing rails of alloy steel combined frogs,the paper puts forward a design scheme of integrating alloy steel point rail and wing rail in the throat area of turnout frog.The wing rails are composed of on-line quenched rails inlaid with alloy steel wing rails in the frog throat area.The rails are analyzed in terms of structure and stress,and are laid for test.The analysis shows that the new design can extend service life of frog,reduce routine maintenance workload,and ensures transport safety.
