南通地区中医院护士辨证施术知信行现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解南通地区中医院护士辨证施术知信行现状并分析其影响因素,为制订辨证施术培训计划和开展临床实践提供参考依据。方法采用自行设计的中医院护士辨证施术知信行调查问卷对南通地区687名中医院护士进行调查。结果中医院护士辨证施术知识得分为(19.08±5.56)分,处于较低水平;态度得分为(41.30±4.79)分,处于良好水平;行为平均执行率为(69.03±14.84)%,处于中等水平。多元逐步回归分析显示,影响中医院护士辨证施术知识的主要因素是职称、在职学习中医护理经历和中医护理专业背景;影响中医院护士辨证施术态度的因素是学历、在职学习中医护理经历、护士长及中医护理专业背景;未检测到影响辨证施术行为的主要因素。结论中医院护士辨证施术态度较积极,但辨证施术知识比较薄弱,辨证施术的执行率有待提高,建议通过多元化中医护理教育的方式促进护士辨证施术知识水平提高,激发护士的积极性,从而提升辨证施术行为水平。Objective By investigating the current situations of nurses'knowledge,attitudes and practice(KAP)towards dialectical application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Nantong,analyzing the influencing factors,to provide a reference for the training plan and carrying out clinical practice.Methods A survey using self-designed questionnaires for 687 nurses in Nantong was conducted to investigate nurses'KAP towards dialectical nursing.Results As it turned out,nurses at the hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine scored(19.08±5.56)on knowledge aspect,being at a medium low level,(41.30±4.79)on attitude aspect,being above the average level,(69.03±14.84)%on behavior aspect,being on the average level.As indicated by a multiple stepwise regression analysis,the main factors that affected nurses'knowledge about dialectical nursing include their technical titles,their experiences about on-the job learning Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing,and professional background information,while nurses'attitudes towards dialectical nursing were mainly influenced by their educational background,knowledge background,as well was their past experience about learning from TCM,and being as a head nurse or not was also among the list.However,the behavioral factors affecting dialectical nursing were not detected.Conclusion Nurses at the hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine have shown a relatively positive attitude towards the dialectical nursing,but their knowledge execution efficiency are rather poor.Multiple way of educational programs should be designed to improve nurses'knowledge of dialectical nursing and motivate their enthusiasms for learning,thus their abilities to dialectical nursing can be upgraded.
