摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤医院护士死亡自我效能现状及影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、死亡自我效能量表、中文版灵性照护能力量表及照顾临终患者态度量表对476例肿瘤医院在岗护士进行问卷调查。结果476例肿瘤医院护士死亡自我效能得分(268.88±28.04)分,灵性照护能力得分(77.08±12.54)分;照顾临终患者态度得分(102.97±9.65)分,肿瘤医院护士灵性照护能力总分及各维度评分均与死亡自我效能评分呈正相关(P<0.01);照顾临终患者态度总分及各维度评分均与死亡自我效能评分呈正相关(P<0.01)。照顾临终患者态度、灵性照护能力及工作年限是肿瘤医院护士死亡自我效能的主要影响因素(P<0.01),共解释总变异的51.6%。结论肿瘤医院护士死亡自我效能处于中等水平,工作年限、照顾临终患者态度及灵性照护能力影响其死亡自我效能,提示护理管理者可通过对护士进行死亡自我效能与情绪管理培训的方式,来改善护士照顾临终患者的态度,提高护士灵性照护能力,缓解护士压力,提升护士死亡自我效能水平。Objective To investigate the status of death self-efficacy of nurses in cancer hospitals,and analyze the factors affecting the death self-efficacy of nurses.Methods Using general information questionnaire,Death Self-Efficacy Scale,Chinese version of spiritual care ability scale and dying patient attitude scale,476 on-the-job nurses in cancer hospitals were surveyed.Results The death self-efficacy score of 476 tumor hospital nurses was(268.88±28.04),the spiritual care ability score was(77.08±12.54),the attitude score of caring for dying patients was(102.97±9.65),the tumor hospital nurses'spiritual care ability total score and each dimension scores were positively correlated with the death self-efficacy score(P<0.01),the total score and the scores of all dimensions of caring for dying patients were positively correlated with the death self-efficacy score(P<0.01).The attitude of caring for dying patients,spiritual care ability and working years were the main influencing factors of death self-efficacy(P<0.01),which explained 51.6%of the total variation.Conclusion Death self-efficacy is at a moderate level.The working years of nurses in cancer hospitals,the attitude of caring for dying patients,and the ability of spiritual care are the main factors affecting the self-efficacy of nurses.It suggests that nursing managers can train nurses on death self-efficacy,emotional management,and improve spiritual care attitude of dying patients and the methods of nurses'spiritual care ability,to relieve the pressure of nurses and improve the death self-efficacy level of nurses in death.
