摘　　要：阅读推广人素质已成为制约高职院校开展阅读推广服务的最大因素。文章通过文献梳理和深度访谈分析,总结当前高职院校大学生阅读推广人培育工作中存在的不足,提出构建高职院校大学生阅读推广人培育模式的路径和策略。The quality of reading populators has become the biggest factor restricting the development of reading promotion service in higher vocational colleges.Through literature review and in-depth interview analysis,this paper summarizes the existing deficiencies in the current work of higher vocational college students reading popularization cultivation,and proposes the construction of higher vocational college students reading popularization cultivation mode of the path and strategy.
