摘　　要：独立学院辅导员职业胜任力在多层任务建构的工作状态下,能力不足的现状逐渐凸显,笔者从教学实际角度分析了职业胜任力存在的阶段性特点之后,明确了在提升过程中教育主体存在的三类问题,并提出在心理契合、内在感受和精神气质上影响学生,在克服能力不足和本领恐慌、提升专业素养、职业道德水平、建构知识型辅导员队伍这4个方面找寻实践路径。Independent college counselors’ professional competence in the multi-level task construction work state,the status of insufficient ability gradually highlights.After analyzing the phased characteristics of professional competence,it is clear that there are three types of problems in the process of improving the education subject.The author proposes to influence students in psychological fit,internal feelings and spiritual temperament,and overcome the ability shortage and skill panic to improve professional quality,professional ethics,and build a team of knowledge-based counselors to find the practical path.
