摘 要:目的:分析乳腺癌患者的认知功能、应激感受与情绪调节策略的关系。方法:选取139例乳腺癌患者,采用应激感受量表、情绪调节问卷、癌症治疗功能评估-认知功能量表分别评估应激感受、情绪调节方式与认知功能。使用PROCESS程序检验情绪调节策略在认知功能与应激感受之间的调节作用,并使用采用Johnson-Neyman法进行验证分析。结果:本样本中不同年龄阶段和受教育程度患者应激感受量表得分的差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。乳腺癌患者的认知功能得分与应激感受得分负向关联,表达抑制得分对两者的关系起到了正向调节作用,但表达抑制得分越高,认知功能得分与应激感受得分的关联程度越弱(β=0.16,P<0.05)。结论:情绪调节策略中的表达抑制在乳腺癌患者认知功能与应激感受的关系中有正向调节作用。Objective:To analyze the relationship among cognitive function,perceived stress and emotion reg-ulation strategies in patients with breast cancer.Methods:Totally 139 patients with breast cancer were selected in the Breast Surgery Department of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University.The Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Cognitive Function,Perceived Stress Scale-10 and Emotion Regulation Questionnaire were used to evaluate the cognitive function,perceived stress and emotion regulation strategies.The PROCESS program was used to test the moderating effect of emotion regulation strategies.Results:There were significant differences in perceived stress among patients of different ages and education levels(Ps<0.05).Cognitive function scores had a significant nega-tive association with perceived stress scores.Expressive suppression scores positively moderated the relationship be-tween cognitive function and perceived stress.The association of cognitive function on perceived stress decreased with the increase of expressive suppression(β=0.16,P<0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that expressive suppres-sion may play a positive moderating effect between cognitive function and perceived stress.
