违纪大学生心理品质培养的团体辅导方案设计

摘　　要：积极心理学是致力于研究人的发展潜能和美德的科学,个体的心理素质可以通过心理品质反映。高校大学生违纪现象逐年增加,提倡在团体心理辅导过程中结合积极心理学的知识,有针对性地为违纪大学生培养积极心理品质设计了团体心理辅导方案,有目的、有计划地提升其心理健康水平,培养积极的心理品质,从而促进学生成为更好的自己。Positive psychology is a science dedicated to the study of human development potential and virtues.Individual psychological quality can be reflected by psychological quality.Discipline violations among college students are increasing year by year.This study combines the knowledge of positive psychology in the process of group psychological counseling.Based on the results of the questionnaire,a group psychological counseling program is designed to cultivate positive psychological qualities for college students who violate disciplines and plans to strengthen and improve the mental health of the students to become better selves.
