摘　　要：如何构建符合区域经济发展的专业人才培养模式,培养符合区域工业发展需求的高质量人才,已成为地方高校亟待解决的重要问题。针对上述问题,分析了新疆能源化工产业过控专业人才的需求情况,结合新疆理工学院过控专业人才培养模式的现状,从人才培养方案、课程体系改革、创新实践教学、强化课程思政、增建实验实训平台和加强师资队伍建设等方面进行了研究和探讨。How to build a talent training mode in line with the development of regional economy and cultivate high-quality talents in line with the needs of regional industrial development has become an important problem to be solved in local colleges and universities.In view of the above problems,this paper analyzes the demand for talents of energy and chemical industry over control specialty in Xinjiang,and combined with the current situation of our university’s talent training mode of over control specialty,researches and discusses from the aspects of talent training scheme,curriculum system reform,innovative practice teaching,strengthening curriculum ideological and political education,adding experimental training platform and strengthening the construction of teaching staff.
