摘 要:机器人自动焊接以其人为因素影响小、焊接质量稳定优良、作业效率高等特点,成为一种提高钢结构焊接质量、施工工效的新思路。截至目前,焊接机器人在工业领域已得到广泛应用,但在建筑钢结构领域中的应用比例极低,并无成熟技术可供参考。通过焊接机器人在大截面箱形钢柱焊接中的实践应用,对焊接机器人在超高层钢结构现场焊接中的应用过程及其优劣进行了阐述和分析,可为类似工程提供借鉴。Robot automatic welding has become a new idea to improve the welding quality and construction efficiency of steel structure, which has the characteristics of small human factor, stable welding quality and high operation efficiency. Up to now, welding robot has been widely used in the industrial field, but the application proportion in the field of building steel structure is very low, and there is no reliable technology for reference. Through the practical application of welding robot in the welding of large section box steel column, this paper expounds and analyzes the application process as well as the advantages and disadvantages of welding robot in the field welding of super high-rise steel structure, which can provide reference for similar projects.
