百万扩招背景下涉农高职院校的探索实践与思考——以辽宁农业职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：2019年,全国启动了高职院校百万扩招工作,涉农高职院校在“百万扩招”背景下既有机遇也有挑战,辽宁农业职业技术学院采取了整合增加教学场所、加强高素质师资队伍建设、丰富在线开放课程资源、开发扩招类别人才培养方案和建设新的人才培养模式等应对措施。根据《政府工作报告》,2020年继续开展高职扩招工作,下一步涉农高职院校还需从科学制定招考录取制度、加强师资队伍建设、优化人才培养模式、推进校企联合培养等方面促进职业教育协同发展,以应对新一轮的扩招。In 2019,the whole country started the work of expanding enrollment in higher vocational colleges,which has both opportunities and challenges under the background of"one million enrollment expansion".Liaoning Agricultural Vocational and Technical College has taken measures to integrate and increase teaching places,strengthen the construction of high-quality teachers,enrich online open curriculum resources,develop and expand the training program of others and build a new talent training model.According to the Government's Work Report,we will continue to expand the enrollment of higher vocational colleges in 2020.The next step is to scientifically formulate the admission system,strengthen the construction of teachers,optimize the talent training model,and promote the joint training of schools and enterprises Raise and other aspects to promote the coordinated development of vocational education to cope with a new round of enrollment expansion.
