幽门螺杆菌测试仪碳14尿素呼气试验在幽门螺杆菌感染检测中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的评价幽门螺杆菌感染检测中幽门螺杆菌测试仪碳14尿素呼气试验检测的应用价值。方法102例疑似幽门螺杆菌感染患者,首先对患者行快速尿素酶试验检测,随后实施幽门螺杆菌测试仪碳14尿素检测。以粪便幽门螺杆菌抗原检测为金标准,比较两种检测方法的准确度、特异度及敏感度。结果以粪便幽门螺杆菌抗原检测为金标准,102例疑似幽门螺杆菌感染患者中确诊为幽门螺杆菌感染81例,非幽门螺杆菌感染21例。快速尿素酶试验敏感度为75.31%,特异度为52.38%,准确度为70.59%。幽门螺杆菌测试仪碳14尿素试验的敏感度为90.12%,特异度为85.71%,准确度为89.22%。幽门螺杆菌测试仪碳14尿素试验检测幽门螺杆菌感染的准确度、特异度及敏感度高于快速尿素酶试验,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论幽门螺杆菌感染检测中幽门螺杆菌测试仪碳14尿素试验检测准确度更高,可最大程度为临床诊断提供依据,值得应用。Objective To evaluate the application value of C-14 urea breath test in the detection of Helicobacter pylori.Methods There were 102 patients with suspected Helicobacter pylori infection,and the patients were tested by a rapid urease test,followed by a C-14 urea breath test.Taking the detection rest of Helicobacter pylori in feces as the gold standard,the accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of the two test methods were compared.Results Taking the detection rest of Helicobacter pylori in feces as the gold standard,81 cases were diagnosed with Helicobacter pylori infection and 21 cases were non-Helicobacter pylori infection among 102 patients with suspected Helicobacter pylori infection.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of rapid urease test were 75.31%,52.38%and 70.59%,respectively.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of C-14 urea breath test were 90.12%,85.71%and 89.22%,respectively.The accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of C-14 urea breath test were higher than that of rapid urease test,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the detection of Helicobacter pylori infection,the detection accuracy of C-14 urea breath test is higher,which can provide a certain basis for clinical diagnosis to the maximum extent,and is worthy of application.
